I have leadership and life coaching experience as well as a strong desire to grow better startup leaders and help them build remarkable companies, that are based on bravery and trust.
Making hard decisions, being vulnerable and open to your team and leading them by example, takes a lot of courage.
If you are a leader that has a personal or a professional topic that keeps you awake at night, someone who is seeking for answers on their leadership journey and would benefit from a professional advice, someone passionate, a doer and is ready to go outside of her comfort zone, you are in the right place.

I have a vision of a new startup ecosystem. A brand new startup world.
I believe that in our startup world majority of the investments are done and startups are built out of fear and misunderstanding what money is and what value it can bring. It creates a lot of "startup waste". Huge funds that don't know where to invest into, startup founders running after success and big checks, employees putting fame first.
I don't want to live in this world, cause it doesn't create value.
I want to live in an honest startup world, where both startups and investors act out of love to the topics, technology, and people and not out of fear and greed.
In this world, only two things matter - trust and commitment.
From both sides: investors and founders.
Teams work for startups because they are passionate about the domain, are interested in building something new and they understand that in a team and with the right investment they can achieve more than alone.
On the other hand, investors also have a passion for the product, understand that the money they invest is "play money" and do not have an immediate goal to get 10x return. They count on a more involved and long-term investment.
I believe that for this "perfect world" we have enough teams and enough investors to finance them. By getting rid of the startup bullshit, we can lower the investment costs, increase investment efficiency and highlight the right teams and products.
The trick here, is how to connect both sides: investors and teams. and how to make sure good teams don't get into the hands of a bad investor.
Cause if you invest or build out of fear, you create fear.

As an 11-year old girl, a solid introvert, I could never have imagined the impact of receiving my first computer at home.
From discovering the world of chatrooms, social networking and then e-commerce, I started on a path that led me to being the youngest VP ever at Yandex, named by the Moscow Times as one of the "Top Ten Russian entrepreneurs to watch" , a poster girl of the Zurich Startup scene, and now to Berlin, where I lead Skyroam’s Global Business Development as well as EMEA team.
I've also had the benefit of falling, hard, twice. Succeeding, strongly, multiple times and I've lived and worked across the world, from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Vienna and Zurich, to Singapore and Berlin and with quite a few appearances in San Francisco and New York.
This experience and travelling have ended up with me being invited to speak at The Mobile World Congress, Techcrunch events, Campus Conference, MBLT, CTIA, Pirate Summit and Exec IO to name a few.
I have been active as an entrepreneur, corporate and startup executive and startup mentor, supporting such programs as Techstars and Startupbootcamp worldwide. In all these years, I have focused on startup founders first and enjoyed coaching hundreds of tech leaders and their teams on their challenging journeys.
I have been challenging myself with coaching training to be able to deepen the experience for my coachees and mentees and grow myself as a leader. I have leadership and life coaching experience as well as a strong desire to grow better startup leaders and help them build remarkable companies, that are based on bravery and trust.
